The location was great, and the staff was very friendly. The room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hot water pressure was low, and the shower could be better. , the room was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing.

During my stay, I enjoyed the fantastic hotel facilities with delicious local and Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was always polite, friendly and willing to help me with any queries that I had. Additionally, I found the location to be convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking.

The breakfast was okay and the room was clean, but the best part was the comfortable bed and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather. the location was also great, in the heart of the city, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting us with anything.

The hotel staff is very accommodating, making early breakfast packages and arranging airport transportation. the food on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was satisfying with a mix of local and Italian cuisine. the room had all necessary amenities, although some entertainment facilities would be a welcome addition. the location was convenient and easily accessible.

The hot water had shut off at night during one guest's stay.
